Shipping insurance is included in our shipping quotes. All of our shipments are insured. To get a quote on the cost of shipping, please contact our Customer Service. Duties and/or taxes by foreign governments for shipments outside the United States, if any, are the responsibility of the client. Shipping costs are not refundable. Estimated delivery dates are purely artist estimates and are not guaranteed. Crating and shipping of art takes a minimum of 2 weeks. If you need it faster, we will try to accommodate your deadline. Most artists selling "Editions" request a delay of shipping until replacement arrives in gallery. This can sometimes take 60 to 120 days or longer. Tracking numbers are available upon request. If you have any questions regarding your shipment please contact our Customer Service.
Receiving Your Order:
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:
Upon receipt of your artwork, please remove your art SLOWLY and CAREFULLY. Inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to The Dream Masters within two (2) business days of receipt of art. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the client to immediately contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
Carefully unpack and inspect all items. Please DO NOT damage the packaging. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF THE PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE ARTWORK.
Please do not pull foam or tape. This material can be tenacious. Open with scissors or knife very carefully.
Keep your Paperwork with your important records.
Certificate of Value and Authenticity:
Our prices are normally suggested by the artist. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. The quality of each work of art is guaranteed and comes with a fully documented Certificate of Value and Authenticity.
All sales are final due to the unique nature of art. If merchandise is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately and keep all of the packaging and contents.

Additional Definitions of Terms:
Most of the original artworks shown on this site are still available for purchase. There are many other artworks available which are not shown here. Our Artists do not make Limited Editions of every work. Many pieces are one of a kind originals that will never be reproduced in any format.
Giclee is a state of the art technology in making prints. Because no screens are used, the prints have a higher apparent resolution than lithographs. The dynamic color range is like serigraphy. If you put a giclee print on canvas next to the original painting, it is almost impossible to tell them apart. Colors and the fine detail lines are essential elements of all our Artist's paintings. That is why we have selected giclee process to be able to present the closest to the original quality reproductions. Each print is a result of personal collaboration with the printer. Several of our Artists' paintings are available as Limited Editions of giclee on canvas. All limited editions are signed and numbered individually by the Artist.
LIMITED EDITION PRINTS:
We offer several choices based on the Artists’ personal preferences. Some limited edition prints are printed on acid-free McCoy Royal Silk paper with archival inks. Others are available on photo rag paper. Limited Edition prints are signed and numbered by the Artist. The number of prints available varies with each Artist. These are different than Prints in that Prints can be produced in unlimited quantities (one such example is posters).
ORIGINAL ARTIST ENHANCED:
Artist Enhanced is a giclee printed on canvas through the process explained above, enhanced by the Artist’s personal touches. This process of hand embellishing makes the artwork one of a kind, and different from other works created in the same manner. After the work has been completed, the Artist signs and numbers each canvas individually. The results are museum quality prints that are hard to tell from the originals. Accompanying each Artist Enhanced work; there is a certificate of authenticity signed by the Artist, issued to the name of the purchaser. A limited number of paintings are available as Limited Edition Original Artist Enhanced giclee on canvas.
